Can I receive parcels?           

Yes, you may, as long as you order it to arrive while you’re staying with us – if it’s a small parcel, it will be fitted through the letterbox. If it’s a bigger parcel, please instruct the courier to ring your apartment and make sure you’re in to receive it

Do you offer cleaning services?

Do you provide toiletries?  

The short answer is we do; we provide shampoo, hand wash and shower gel. The long answer is we’ve partnered up with Noble Isle, a British company that sustainably produces top-notch products that are good both for the planet and for your skin. Smooth!

Is there WiFi? How fast?      

Yes, all of our apartments have WiFi – you will get an average speed of 30 to 40 MBps

Do the windows open?        

For health and safety reasons, the windows do not fully open – they can be tilted to provide air circulation
