Excellent experience from start to finish. The place was spotless, well-organized, and felt very comfortable. Everything was exactly as expected, and communication with the host was clear and efficient. Check-in was hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay.

The staff was very responsive, the neighborhood was beautiful with shop and restaurants nearby and plenty of buses and train options to get to other parts of London, including Heathrow. I will stay here again.

Overall the hotel was very good, with ample space and a roomy washbasin. The only drawback was the distance to central London.
