The flat and the entire building were beautiful! The reception staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We felt at home and really enjoyed our stay. The room and the bed were a bit small, but that was made clear in the description. The only odd thing was the oversized bathroom, which didn’t separate the shower and toilet (probably to be wheelchair accessible), and the lack of hooks for towels. The flat was really easy to get to — both from Heathrow Airport and for getting around London. The facilities in the building were also exceptional! You can use the gym at any time, there’s a library, a piano, a huge garden, a barbecue area, a pool table, a cinema and additional communal rooms such as a large kitchen and a lounge. We can only warmly recommend this place 🙂

The Brondesbury is an excellent choice for accommodations while visiting London. We stayed here while visiting family and it was fantastic. The check in was very easy and facilitated by a friendly and welcoming staff. They showed us to our room and provided details of all of the amenities available. The Brondesbury became our serene refuge at the end of each day of our stay in London. It was a convenient location to access public transport. The tube was a short walk from the location and the bus line had a pickup location right in front of the building. We can’t say enough good things about our experience there. We will definitely stay here when we visit London next time.

Our stay was exactly what we hoped it would be. Mark was very responsive whenever we communicated. The accommodation provided us a very tranquil retreat at the end of each day. Although surrounded by the rest of London, it was a quiet and peaceful place. We’ve already decided this will be the first choice when we return at the end of the year. Thank you Mark!

Good view and nice layouts of the room didn’t really have much of a view from the room but outstanding amenities. The bathroom was very spacious and was very clean. Staff were very friendly.

A lovely building in Willesden that has great amenities for its residents. I very much enjoyed that it was located only a 30 min tube ride away from London Town. A 10 min walk to the station from the apartment itself with a great bakery (Gail’s) just opposite the station where you can enjoy a variety of delights 😊. Mark’s team was always responsive to my requests and very accommodating in general. I look forward to staying with Nestor again in the future!
