We stock Anatome London toiletries — a certified natural and sustainable British wellness brand — alongside Who Gives a Crap recycled paper products and eco-friendly cleaning products throughout. The building itself features MVHR filtered air systems for improved air quality and energy efficiency. For every booking made, we plant a tree through MoreTrees to support global reforestation. Small choices, made consistently — because we believe the finest stays should leave things a little better than they found them.
Do you have free WiFi and in-unit laundry?
Yes to both. Fast, reliable WiFi is included throughout — suitable for video calls, remote work, and streaming. Every apartment also has an in-unit washing machine, so you can pack lighter and settle in properly, however long your stay.
Are families and children welcome?
Absolutely. Claridge House is fully child-friendly — cots are available on request, and our two- and three-bedroom apartments offer generous space for families. The flexible zip-and-link beds in the second bedroom can be configured as a king or twin to suit your needs. Just let us know ahead of arrival and we’ll have everything arranged.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is fully self-managed via a secure smart lock — your unique access code is sent before arrival, so you can come and go entirely on your own schedule. The building has lift access to all floors. Our local Nestor team is available 24/7 by phone, text, or WhatsApp for anything you need during your stay.
Is smoking allowed at Claridge House?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and in all common areas of the building. We ask all guests to observe this policy in keeping with the character and comfort of Claridge House. Please note that a £200 fine applies for any violation.
