This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram of any responsibility and agree that all queries, comments or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to Nestor and not to Instagram.

1.The Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Nestor group ltd, operating through nestorstay.com.

2. The Campaign

The Nestor Wimbledon 2026 Giveaway (‘the campaign) is a free prize draw open to eligible persons who complete the entry requirements as set out in Clause 4.

The Promotion runs across Instagram (@nestor_stay) from 26 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 13 July 2026 (‘the Closing Date’).

No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing any product or service from Nestor will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to entrants who meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
• Resident in the United Kingdom, Europe, or any country where participation in such promotions is permitted by law
• In possession of a valid Instagram account at the time of entry

The following persons are NOT eligible to enter:

• Employees, directors, officers or contractors of Nestor
• Members of the immediate family of any of the above DO
• Any person who is a resident of a country where participation in prize draws of this nature is prohibited by law

 Please note: The Haydon, Battersea is an adults-only property and does not accept guests under the age of 18. Winners awarded the 2-night stay at The Haydon, and any accompanying guest, must be aged 18 or over at the time of redemption. Winners unable to meet this requirement will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be selected.

Nestor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who provides false or misleading information.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, participants must complete ALL THREE of the following steps during the Promotion period:

1. Follow the @nestor_stay account on Instagram
2. Like the official giveaway post published on 26 May 2026
3. Tag in the comments of the giveaway post the person they would bring to London for Wimbledon

Only one standard entry per person is permitted. One additional bonus entry via Stories share is permitted per person. Participants are welcome to tag as many people as they wish in the comments. Each comment tagging a new and different person will count as one additional entry into the draw — the more new people you tag, the more chances you have to win. Tagging the same person more than once will not constitute an additional entry.

Entries made after the Closing Date of 23:59 (GMT) on 13 July 2026 will not be accepted. Nestor accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical issues

5. The Prizes

There are two (2) prizes available in this Promotion:

Prize 1

One (1) x 2-night stay at The Haydon, Battersea, SW11

Winner announced: 6 July 2026 (end of Wimbledon Week 1)

Prize 2

One (1) x 2-night stay at Hermes Hotel, London

Winner announced: 13 July 2026 (final day of Wimbledon)

Prize details and conditions:

• Each prize consists of accommodation only. Travel, food and beverage, and any other expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Each prize must be redeemed within 12 months (1 year) of the winner being notified. Stays must be completed before the redemption deadline.
• The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. Blackout dates may apply including peak dates and public holidays. Nestor will provide reasonable alternative dates where availability is limited.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
• The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion including the WIMB8 promo code.
• Nestor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances make it necessary to do so.
• The prize must be redeemed within the specified validity period and is subject to availability. Winners must request their preferred stay dates by contacting guest@nestorstay.com. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Nestor. Specific dates cannot be guaranteed and blackout dates may apply, including peak periods, public holidays and special events. Where requested dates are unavailable, alternative dates will be offered where possible.

6. Winner Selection

Two (2) winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received by the Closing Date:

1. Prize 1 winner selected by random draw on or around 5 July 2026 from all valid entries. Winner announced publicly on 6 July 2026.
2. Prize 2 winner selected by random draw on or around 12 July 2026 from all valid entries not already selected as Prize 1 winner. Winner announced publicly on 13 July 2026.

The draw will be conducted using a verifiable random selection method. A record of the draw will be retained by Nestor for a minimum of 6 months following the Promotion close.

The decision of Nestor is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via direct message (DM) on the platform through which they entered (Instagram) within 48 hours of the draw taking place.

Winners must respond to the notification DM within 14 days of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, or if the prize is declined or cannot be awarded for any reason, Nestor reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries using the same random draw process.

Nestor will make a maximum of two (2) attempts to contact each winner before selecting an alternative winner.

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of eligibility before the prize is awarded.

8. Publicity

Winners will be contacted directly via Instagram. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that, if selected as a winner, Nestor may announce their Instagram username (handle) on its social media channels solely for the purpose of announcing the outcome of the Promotion. No additional personal information will be published without the winner’s prior consent.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Nestor is committed to protecting the privacy of all entrants. Any personal data submitted or collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Nestor’s Privacy Policy, available at nestorstay.com.

Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including verifying eligibility, contacting winners, arranging prize redemption and announcing the winner’s social media username (Instagram handle). No personal data will be used for marketing purposes without the entrant’s express consent.

Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting Nestor through nestorstay.com.

By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm they have read and understood Nestor’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

• Nestor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion at any time and for any reason, including circumstances arising outside of Nestor’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, Nestor will use reasonable efforts to notify entrants via its social media accounts.
• Nestor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has breached these T&Cs, acted fraudulently, dishonestly or in a manner that is harmful to the reputation or interests of Nestor.
• Automated, bulk or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
• Private or restricted accounts that prevent Nestor from verifying entry requirements may be disqualified.
• Nestor accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize.
• This Promotion and these T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
